
Nathan Bishop is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, technical support, and instructional design, specializing in the financial services and technology industries. Currently serving as a Member Service Representative III at Navy Federal Credit Union, Nathan excels in creating digital tools and resources that enhance operational efficiency and support staff training. His initiatives include developing HTML-based tools, job aids, and animated tutorials that streamline processes and reduce errors for service representatives.
Prior to his role in financial services, Nathan gained extensive experience at Technologies For Tomorrow Inc., where he managed sales, social media, and client integrations. His technical expertise includes building custom servers and systems for high-profile clients such as General Dynamics and Raytheon, as well as providing on-site and remote support for both business and residential clients.
Nathan is proficient in an array of software tools, including the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and various design and multimedia applications.
